We generally recommend a Security Foundation Assessment ($700) if you've never had a security review or need compliance documentation. Also, if you already have security measures in place, we recommend a Quick Security Tune-Up annually, it's perfect if you: • Think you're "probably okay" but want expert validation • Need a quick checkup without a full assessment • Want to catch any obvious security gaps before they become problems • Have an upcoming insurance renewal or compliance check
- 02Yes! You can adjust your monthly package anytime with 30 days notice. We'll prorate the difference.
- 03Yes! Try any monthly monitoring package risk-free. If you're not satisfied in the first 30 days, we'll refund 100% of your money.
- 04Yes. If you're not satisfied with the quality of our work, we'll work with you to make it right or provide a refund. Our goal is to deliver real value.
- 05No. The price you see with taxes (calcualted at checkout) is the total price. The only potential additional costs would be if you request on-site visits (travel costs) or additional services beyond the package scope.
- 06Monthly packages can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Annual commitments have a 90-day early termination option with prorated refund.
- 07We can start most assessments within 3-5 business days. For active package clients, emergency response is available 24/7.
- 08A junior security analyst costs $60,000-80,000/year plus benefits ($85,000-110,000 total). Our most comprehensive package (Complete Shield) provides senior-level expertise 24/7 for $21,000/year—about 20% of the cost with better coverage.
